Responsibilities

  • Provide user support whenever necessary, with targeted responses and personalized assistance to individual user
  • Maintain, track, and respond to user requests and feedback
  • Preparation of user education materials through articles, video tutorial etc

Requirements

  • 2+ years of user support working experience
  • Satisfactory understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized wallets
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and patience to assist users
  • Have strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Desired Skills

  • Experience in product operation is preferred
  • English fluency, and fluency in languages including Japanese/Korean/Spanish/French/Russian will be an added advantage
