Our world class recruiting team builds the foundation of our success by finding extraordinary people that share our vision. In this role you’ll find yourself partnering directly with executives and organizational leaders to own key technical hires that move the needle for the business. You’ll work closely with the existing team to help improve processes and identify new sourcing strategies. What you'll be doing:

  • Partner directly with Coinbase’s leadership team to build and scale their teams
  • Source and hire executives across various functions of the organization to continue to build our fast paced, high-growth environment
  • Manage and partner with external search firms
  • Develop and refine an executive hiring “playbook” that exemplifies Coinbase values of efficiency execution and clear communication
  • Evangelize digital currency and educate candidates about Coinbase’s strategy and mission

What we look for in you:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruiting with a minimum of 3 years focusing on sourcing, recruiting and closing Director level and above candidates
  • Metrics oriented. You understand and value backing up recruiting goals and projections with existing data (while never compromising the quality of the candidate experience)
