Responsibilities: - Develop proactive short and long-term growth strategies and initiatives, use data and find insights to guide strategic decision and enhance Aries’ ability to go-tomarket with products, and coordinate execution with internal team and external partners - Lead content & communications planning, execution, and metrics reporting, inclusive of content creation and curation, social media coordination, and partnership co-marketing - Define and implement strategy for social channel presence (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.) - Research, identify and develop partnership opportunities, including new projects, growth areas, trends, and products, coordinate and solve problems in the progress of cooperation - Cultivate and promote Aries Markets Brand through community engagement with consumers, developers, and key partners - Collect market information, sort out competitors, and conduct competitive analysis to give feedback Role Requirements: - Great written, and verbal communication skills in English - Previous experience in a sales or growth role for consumer products - Ability to create and own a sales process and playbook - Working or hobbyist experience in blockchain/DeFi/web3 - Proficient in using Twitter, Discord and Telegram
