Responsibilities

  • Fully responsible for products' online and offline operations, promotion and user service success
  • Formulate company' s operational strategy and long - term development plan, while responsible for implementation
  • Responsible for the formulation and breaking down of the team's monthly, quarterly, and annual goals,and lead the team to achieve various goals (number of users, active, etc.)
  • Formulate, implement and iterate efficient workflows and processes
  • Formulate strategies for cost budgeting, operation activities etc. for each stage

Requirements

  • 3~5 years of operation management experience
  • Knowledge of operations management and strategic planning
  • Familiar with various methods including online and offline event planning, product operation, community operation, data analysis etc, enjoy mastering operation management
  • Strong team management, leadership and execution

Desired Skills

  • Successful experience in operated over 10 million users app
  • Experience in blockchain is preferred
  • English fluency
