Why we need you

We are looking for a developer advocate who will work closely with the product team in identifying interesting developers and projects looking to integrate, leading engagement with them while providing feedback to the product development process. You will spend a lot of front-facing time with cutting-edge technology and maintaining strong relationships, providing value to OmiseGO’s developers community.

What you will be doing
  • Educate and empower developers at meet-ups, hackathons and workshops through technical presentations and hands-on guidance
  • Work cross functionally within product, marketing and engineering teams to plan and execute all developer events and engagements.
  • Identify and connect great developers and projects
  • Gathering feedback about how OmiseGO’s technology stack is being used back into product development process
  • Maintain a very strong social presence. Become the face of developer community representing OmiseGO
  • Regularly create technical content and engage with the OmiseGO developer community
  • Be accountable over performance objectives that are part of higher level OmiseGO strategy.
You have
  • Strong public-speaking skills
  • 5+ years experience as a developer,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Experience working with new technologies

  • Experience in a developer relations role

In building a global platform for open financial services, OmiseGO's products and services include the white label, open source eWallet Suite, the OMG Network and technical consulting services.

The OMG Network is a decentralized network that enables transparent, peer-to-peer transactions in real-time and facilitates self-sovereign financial services across geographies, asset classes and applications. Leveraging payment and blockchain expertise, OmiseGO works with enterprises, startups and non-profit organizations to form their payment and eWallet strategy, provide implementation support and co-create new products.

The OmiseGO eWallet Suite allows users to build and integrate a front-end interface to mint, deposit, transact, track and withdraw digital assets. The full suite includes tools for providers to customize apps to their specific needs.
